Highlights from 9+ Years of Work

▴ Managing a design team of UX/Interaction and Visual Designers from tier-1 design schools in India.
▴ Planning yearly/quarterly roadmap and progress reviews for the design team.
▴ Weekly project planning, prioritisation and effective task delegation.
▴ Working with cross-functional teams/BUs and stakeholders to develop project plans and build communication channels for designers.
▴ Maintaining diversity and inclusive work culture. Building trust and encouraging teammates to deal with failures.
▴ Career counselling, performance review, and handling difficult conversations.
▴ Fostering innovation, building a cutting-edge UI library for investment banking, and adapting new technological areas.
▴ Leads the recruitment process for the DX group (India) with my manager.
▴ Managing interns and evaluating their projects to roll out PPOs
▴ Delivering the design requirements for Energy (a trading business unit) and Risk (a firmwide risk management team) in my independent contributor capacity.
