- First entrepreneurship venture -
The idea of delivering pocket-friendly meals by keeping zero delivery costs came from the problem we faced back in 2015 in Hyderabad. As an initiator of this venture, I built the team and onboarded all co-founders. We followed the lean design method for conceptualizing the product and used google analytics to test our hypothesis.
- A bundle of happiness -
The app was designed by following lean design methods. We defined the problem by empathising with our users and grabbed opportunities to sail the business. We came up with multiple ideas through brainstorming before finalizing any concept. After designing mockups, developing the product/feature, we tested our assumptions using google analytics with each release.
- Interesting features -
PocketChef mobile application had innovative features to support business and user needs. Starting with a primitive MVP, we were able to scale the application with more complex functionalities through a better user experience. Above 5k users were onboarded and ordered through our app.
For the convenience of users, we enabled them to schedule deliveries at their convenient time slots from the app.
Each meal comes with pre-configured options. Users were allowed to choose preferences through a single click.
The app was developed using scalable architecture and the delivery logic was efficient to merge multiple orders.
We developed our wallet to facilitate a better and one-click payment experience for our users in rush hours.
